Doron Cohen, Founder, Chairman and CEO

Doron Cohen is well-known as a visionary in the field of Business Information Technology and is the central motivating force behind the formation and momentum of Trusted Partners. Mr. Cohen founded Trusted Partners to enable small and medium sized businesses to promote their credibility over the Internet. He established The Focus Group in the 1990s as a highly focused investment vehicle specializing in investments in business information companies and technologies. The Focus portfolio includes Dun and Bradstreet (Israel), The Consumer Credit Bureau (Israel), Trusted Partners Inc., and TogaSoft Solutions Ltd. Mr. Cohen is an active hands-on-investor/manager with over 30 years of experience in large and smaller companies spanning 4 continents. Mr. Cohen is also the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Praxis Venture, which provides strategic solutions to the Dun and Bradstreet Corporation. Mr. Cohen divides his time between the U.S. and Israel.

Shachar Shaty, General Manager and Chief Technology Officer

Shachar leads the Trusted Partners team, driving the continued success of the organization through market responsiveness and a razor sharp focus on results. Shachar is also directly responsible for technology at Trusted Partners, both in terms of direction and development. Shachar invented Trusted Partners’ patent pending Secure Zone technology and has been the major factor in making Mr. Cohen’s vision a reality by creating and bringing to market the Trusted Partners pioneering technologies and solutions for improving online trust. Shachar has over 15 years of hands on experience in the software industry, leading the development of technology products from their inception through launch in areas such as billing, CRM and transactional systems. Shachar carries numerous professional certifications, and continues to stay abreast with the latest innovations in software development.

Yehuda Sabag, Chief Financial Officer

Yehuda joined Trusted Partners in 2008 and serves as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. For the eight years prior to joining Trusted Partners, he served as the CFO of Dun & Bradstreet (Israel) Ltd. as well as of D&B Credit Data Company Ltd. During this period, Yehuda was instrumental in the successful closing of several M&A transactions. Previously, Yehuda served as an independent financial consultant to privately-held companies. Yehuda holds a BA degree in Accounting and Economics from Ben-Gurion University. He is certified as a Public Accountant in Israel.

Oren Bar-Ner, Vice President Products

Oren joined Trusted Partners early on, and has been instrumental in determining the product direction and overseeing the work at Trusted Partners. He is also responsible for systems analysis and design. Oren has over 15 years of international experience in the software and Internet industries and is a veteran of successful young startup companies. In addition to product and project management, Oren has worked in areas such as business consulting & development, strategic marketing, finance and software development. Oren holds a BSE, Summa Cum Laude, in Information Systems Engineering, from the Technion, Haifa, Israel and has an MBA, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Arizona, Tucson AZ, USA.

Sera Hugi, Vice President R&D

Sera is responsible for all development activity at Trusted Partners and sees to it that all of Trusted Partners' technology, solutions and development processes meet the highest standards. She is also responsible for HTML and front end development for all of Trusted Partners solutions and websites. Sera has over 10 years experience in developing large scale Web systems and managing various types and sizes of development teams. The foundation for Sera’s knowledge and experience is the work she did during her military service, where she managed the development of large military systems.
