Trusted Trademark™ is the name of the OTS based solution that helps organizations with strong, well known brands, to control and manage use of their logo graphics over the Internet. For instance, the Trusted Trademark solution gives manufacturers, importers, etc., the ability to control the display of their logo on channel partner sites and the freedom to change their logo, and linked information window at will.

With Trusted Trademark, businesses give their authorized distributors, dealers, or other partners a Smart Logo to put on their websites instead of an image. When the Smart Logo is clicked, an information window appears with whatever information the business providing the logo chooses.

The Smart Logo, as with the Smart Seal, is completely controlled by the business providing the logo. For instance, if Business A gives one if its authorized distributors a Smart Logo to install, and at some point the distributor ceases to be authorized, Business A can remove the logo from appearing on the distributor’s website.

The information window that opens when a Smart Logo is clicked is also fully dictated by the logo provider, and can contain virtually any content. For example, a business (the logo provider) may display a short “about” in the window, together with a special promotion. The business may choose at any time to change the promotion, or the rest of the content, at its sole discretion. As with all OTS based solutions, logo and information window setup and management are done in the OTMS.
