We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team, to lead implementation projects for our customers and internal teams. You will work with architects, technical leads. business analysts and sales representatives, to understand business and technical requirements and design a solution.

Job Description

• Leading implementation projects for our  customers

• Working with customer architects, technical leads, and business analysts to understand business and technical requirements and design a solution

•  Translating the solution design into delivery implementation documents (HLD/LLD)

• Leading working sessions to discuss technical and business topics and socialize to gain alignment and consensus with stakeholders

• Providing training and coaching to help customers understand and use our  products

• Ensuring visibility of work and its status to both customer and our management

• Proactively identifying and tracking risks, raising flags on-time and providing mitigations

• Aide in driving cross-functional conversations to closure with next steps and owners

•  Communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders

•  Handling escalations related to customer issues

• Ensuring appropriate, regular cadence of communication across all stakeholders

 

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing and implementing projects from initiation to completion

• Knowledge of web applications, security, and open source technologies

• Proven ability to work and effectively, prioritize and organize your work and the work of others in a highly dynamic environment

• Experience creating and sustaining highly effective processes

• Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with exceptional verbal and written communication

• Experience overcoming the difficulties of managing projects with remote and global team members

• Strong Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences and various levels of management

• Proven track record of building relationships with senior Business & IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts

• ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
