What You'll Do

• Provide coaching and mentoring on quality assurance best practices to the team members and colleagues, as well as train new team members

• You will be a professional focal point for QA issues, for all other members in the R&D.

• Implement and drive automated testing strategies and frameworks across multiple systems and platforms

• Perform hands-on development for high scale QA automation

• You will develop, execute, and maintain automatic regression tests that will support new developed features, based on current existing (and future planned) infrastructures.

• Define, create and maintain test plans for existing and new projects

• Identify and provide feedback on gaps/anomalies in the requirements and products

• Work with QA engineers, software engineers, product managers and others to help drive a QA strategy based on agile methodologies.

• Be responsible for documenting and reporting issues and their resolutions

 

What We Look For

• 3+ years of experience managing a QA team

• Knowledge of QA methodologies

• Experience in automation development of a large-scale backend and frontend systems.

• Backend and frontend QA automation experience for web systems

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL and mongo DB.

• Experience with stress / load testing – Advantages.

• Experience working within a Linux environment with scripting skills

• Experience with DevOps / CI tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git)

• Experience with reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

• Ability to understand complex systems from multiple perspectives, including high-level and low-level technical architecture.

• Experience with writing features and projects test plans

• Experience with estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities

• Experience in JavaScript, working with tools and frameworks such as cypress.io

• Experience in Agile development methodologies
